The thing about Footwear giants collaborating is that they never disappoint fans. Especially when it comes to Puma. The German label has been quick to roll out high-end chic pieces – ones that are bound to do well. It recently unveiled its AMP XT training sneakers via Selena Gomez. Of course, the audience loved the brand’s latest Do You family member.
Now, Los-Angeles’s beloved Chris Stamp has raised the curtains on his upcoming collaboration with the brand. Not only has he revealed a good few details but he has also given us an eyeful at the pair of sneakers that is currently in the tunnel. Suffice to say, our sneaker hungry hearts are already chained – we can’t wait for this model!
The unique factor about it that has fans talking; these new sneakers are two-toned. They’re part grey and part black. Which means they’ll complement several colors and outfits perfectly. The design is what can be termed as flawless. If you’re looking to rock effortless style these should be high on your to-buy list.
Chris took to Instagram to announce the collaboration. He shared a snap that gives us a good look at the upcoming sneakers. The caption of the post read, “To celebrate 50 years of the suede I teamed with Puma to create the 88-18. 2 sides to the story, representing the legacy of the iconic silhouette and future of its progression.”
He further added, “Uppers created of all Italian suede, produced in Italy, very limited globally. Details to come.” So, right now, we have very limited info, but we’re happy with what we have since we do have the picture of these sneakers. They’re excellent to say the least. Fans have expressed their excitement at the collaboration in the comments’ section.
STAMPD has everyone impressed! These new Puma x Chris Stamp sneakers are sure to look amazing with any outfit. The can complete a sporty look as perfectly as they can add the finishing touch to a casual look. The shoes will feature black laces, and black lining. Whereas the shoe’s upper with be a dual-toned one.
Since the midsole sticks to the classics in white, the sneakers will look like a dark cake with black atop grey and grey atop white. The Puma logo will also take a place on the sneaker’s sidewalls in grey on the black area. The picture clearly shows a lot of work has been put into these shoes as they have detailed stitching, and a midsole that is worth sporting.
The 88-18 pair, as dubbed by the STAMPD brand boss, is set to rock a suede upper. There’s no saying no to the fact that this pair is dope. Since, its already gripped hearts of everyone, we can bet it will not take any time to sell out. You better be quick at copping the pair unless you want to be left behind. That said, we don’t yet know anything regarding the pricing, release date, and all.
